The Common Project

About the band, The common project created/designed/composed by Izaad Amir. It is a project that he is working on not in a hurry, but a project that he could lay down his creative ideas, his own selected sounds, his own lyrics, his own crew, in his own available time ( since he was involved in others as well like Liyana Fizi, Paan's single, Asmidar, and etc... ask him ). I am grateful to be counted in, an experience that would definitely boost up myself, personally. You see, how literate i am wth the music is not that good, maklum la aku ni one of em rip roaring dooper. When working with The Common Project, i felt honoured because all the ppl involved in this have been through more than I do in terms of the "industry".

The songs is like... hmmm. A little bit of Gorillaz since we manage to bring the cover song Clint Eastwood. I am really bad on how to explain this, but feedback i got from Reza Salleh... i remembered he said it was like Bowie. Its hard to describe, we actually need the listeners to let us know how we sound like. From my side of view, i would say the music is trippy, like a weird experimental band in the 80's, the weird part was constructed on purpose, or weird in a way but on at an acceptable level...

The band is still new- no pictures to upload, not even a tag, i started to realize none of us brings cameras and care to do all that, which we should have done. Aku dah google tapi tak jumper Tuh pasal ader gamba Mad jer kat atas, the creator.

Played two shows so far via Reza Salleh. Mad tak concern to do more sebab dia tgh sibuk aku raser dengan komitmen lain, tapi kalau dia ajak lagi, aku ON. below discography and essential details:
